Returns Policy
When can I request a refund?
You can return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Returned items must not be worn and must still have the tags attached.
Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
How do I request assistance?
You can request assistance within 14 days from receipt of your shirt. Send your request to our customer care team at support@vestiti.ie with your order number and we will send you a free delivery label.
You are required to return the shirt using the original packaging.
